The master bedroom features a luxurious king bed, private balcony access and a playfully designed ensuite featuring statement tiles, deep soaking tub and shower with rainfall head. The second bedroom comes with a king bed and the third bedroom is perfect for kids with custom made built-in bunk beds (1 x queen and 3 x single beds). All bedrooms offer reverse cycling air-conditioning and built-in wardrobes. The main bathroom offers walk in shower with rainfall head plus separate toilet. There are internal laundry facilities including washing machine and dryer for your convenience. Joy apartment 3 offers secure off street parking for one car and lift access. Situated in the heart of Coolangatta, you will have a range of cafes, restaurants, boutique stores on your doorstep. Plus its only one block back from Coolangatta beach and foreshore and a short, scenic walk to Kirra, Greenmount and Rainbow Bay. Keys Access is via keypad at the property. Our office is 2 doors down from the property and 6 minute drive south of the GC Airport Linen All linen including beach towels is provided and beds will be made on your arrival. Other things to note Office Hours Our office is open 6 days per week. Monday - Friday 8.30am - 5.00pm & Saturday 9.00am - 2.00pm. Linen Reminder Linen is provided & beds will be made up for your arrival. Key Collection Access will be available using a code at the property. Further details will be provided prior to your arrival. Key Return Check out time is between 9.30am -10am. Minimum Age No guest under the age of 21 will be permitted to occupy holiday properties unless accompanied by a parent or guardian. Schoolies bookings cannot be accepted as we do not have the policies, procedures and/or resources to accommodate these bookings.
