OUTDOOR SPACE The home includes a simple, open backyard space—ideal for soaking up the Florida sun. Guest access Guests will have full and private access to the entire home during their stay. Access is managed via a seamless and convenient virtual check-in process. Your private access includes: All 5 bedrooms and 3.5 bathrooms Fully equipped kitchen Open-concept living and dining areas Private backyard Check-in is any time after 4:00 PM and check-out is before 10:00 AM. Other things to note Guest Confirmation: After booking, you will receive a link to our Guest Portal to confirm your reservation. This must be completed within 72 hours of booking to avoid cancellation. You will be asked to provide contact information, add your guests, upload a photo of you holding your ID, and agree to our terms. Starter Supplies: We provide a starter kit for your convenience, including 1 roll of paper towels, 1 dish soap & sponge, 3 dishwasher pods, 3 laundry pods, 2 rolls of toilet paper per bathroom, and 1 bar of hand soap per sink. Guests are responsible for any additional items needed for the duration of their stay. Linens Provided: All bed and bath linens are provided for your stay, along with beach towels. Payment Methods: We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and AMEX only. We do not accept wire transfers or checks. Area Construction: Please be aware that construction is ongoing throughout the Panama City Beach and 30A areas. We cannot be held responsible for any noise or disruption from nearby construction.
