Welcome to our newly-built house, where you rent your own accommodation with a large plot. Relax with the family in this peaceful home close to nature. The house is a year-round accommodation with installed heat pump and underfloor heating for comfortable accommodation all year round. Linen and towels available to hire. Please contact me for price. The space In the hall, there is a small clothes hanger behind the stairs. The stairs leading up to the upper floor are quite steep but there is a railing and fence. The ground floor is at 32.25 km. On the ground floor you will find a complete kitchen with dishwasher, fridge & freezer, dining area, sofa bed for 2 people as well as shower, toilet and washing machine. There is a TV but you need your own Chromecast or similar. There is none on site. Upstairs you will find 4 beds (2 double beds and a table with chairs. There is also a terrace overlooking the fields and down towards Beddingestrand. The upper floor is 30 sqm. Please bring your own towels, sheets, duvet covers. If you wish to rent these, please contact me for a price proposal. Duvets and pillows are available in the house. There is Wi-Fi, washing machine and dishwasher as well as air heat pump for both heating and AC. When you leave the accommodation, throw away the garbage, put the dishes in the dishwasher and turn it on. Other cleaning is included in the price. Guest access Guests have access to the entire house, the garden with trampoline.
