A charming wooden house for family or a group of friends, located just 45 kilometers from Warsaw (very easy to get to). A quiet neighborhood makes it a true oasis of peace. You can breathe fresh air, take a long walk in the surrounding forests, or go for a bike ride. The interior decorated in a rustic style is exceptionally cozy. In the summer, you can relax on the deck or in the hammock, and in the winter, start a fire in the fireplace and play board games. Pets are welcome! ♥ The space The cottage has fast STARLINK internet, making it an ideal place for people who want to work remotely, away from the city, surrounded by nature. The cottage consists of a spacious living room with a fireplace, a fully equipped kitchen with a coffee maker, a toaster and other appliances, a freshly renovated bathroom, a large hallway and located on the first floor of two air-conditioned bedrooms. A large, covered terrace with a set of lounge furniture is adjacent to the cottage. A well-maintained plot of 1500m2, is lit and fenced with a hedge, so guests have a complete sense of privacy. There are parking spaces on the property. SLEEPING AREAS: • Bedroom 1: One Double Bed + Two Single Beds • Bedroom 2: 2 120cm wide beds • Downstairs living room: optional 2 non-foldable sofas SAUNA AND BALIA (HOT TUB) In addition, it is possible to order a mobile sauna and a hot tub on your own. Paid extra. I will provide contact to the service provider for those interested. Guest access Guests can use the entire space of the cottage and the garden.
