No unauthorized guests or parties/events. -Indoor fireplace, decoration only. -Fire pit for small fires only. - No pets allowed. $250 fee will apply plus any clean up cost. - Please respect the neighbors. - The bunk room is ideal for kids. - Amenities include a blender, Instant Pot, drip coffee maker, kettle, toaster, basic pots and pans, wine opener, kid's bowl/plate/utensils, grill utensils(flat propane grill see photos), and wine glasses. -Smart TVs located in Living room, Primary room, one of the Queen rooms.
