Casa Cristal is a small paradise, 3 comfortable private apartments for 2 people and a child in a queen size bed, air conditioning, private bathroom with hot water, towels, shower gel, basic kitchen, refrigerator, TV, bedding, private pool with waterfall, parking, we accept pets without costs. Smoking is allowed outside the apartment, we accept the LGBTQ+ community. There is a basketball court, children's playground, public swimming pool, large green areas and we have private security 24/7. The space WELCOME Thank you so much for booking my property. Smoking is allowed outside the apartment, and we welcome the LGBTQ+ community, CHILDREN, and PETS. LAUNDRY SERVICE is available – FREE OF CHARGE – at Condominio El Establo. Access to and use of the facilities and the private pool – with private security – is available 24/7. Wi-Fi is provided. You will also find the house rules and general information about the access area to Casa Cristal, which you will use for all entrances to the condominium during your stay. As soon as you arrive at the main gate, an armed security guard will be waiting for you and will ask you only your name and where you are going. You will tell him that you are going to Casa Cristal – #49 – belonging to Cristian, and he will show you the location in the condominium. On the property, you will find a key on the door with the apartment number, which will be on the door frame of your Private Entrance. The apartment will BE ready for - CHECK IN - 02:00 PM – DO NOT AT THIS TIME Please vacate the apartment on the day of – CHECK-OUT – at 11:00 AM – IN THE MORNING – NOT AFTER THIS TIME. We reserve the right of admission, in case guests do not follow any of these guidelines and will be subject to leaving the property without any compensation. 6. For the safety and privacy of our guests, the property is exclusively for the total number of guests booked on the platform. 7. Illegal drug use is not allowed. 8. CHECK-IN or CHECK-OUT late check-out will depend on availability, guests must always request this service at least 24 hours before check-in or check-out time. 9. If guests lose the keys, there will be a $25 penalty. 10.
