Complete with several group-focused entertainment areas: a full 9-hole putt putt mini golf course, hot tub, fire pit, pool table, arcade room, ping pong, 75” TV with extra-large sectional seating, and more. With the recent top-to-bottom remodel, you can expect a clean, modern design and exceptional functionality. MAIN INDOOR GATHERING AREAS: The Red Desert Oasis features two separate and spacious large gathering areas (upstairs and downstairs), which have plenty of space to host a group of 16. The upstairs area, adjacent to the kitchen, has three large sofas and two chairs facing the stunning landscape view of Lake Powell. The downstairs gathering area includes a 75" Smart TV, extra-large sectional seating, billiards table, an arcade room, and open areas for additional play. BACKYARD: Our private backyard is the ultimate space for a good time. It features a full 9-hole mini golf course, fire pit, and string lighting for an evening under the starlit Arizona sky. The second-level deck is complete with lounging chairs, a hot tub, and a propane grill (propane provided). After a day on the lake, you’ll want to spend the rest of your evening enjoying the peaceful and fun-filled backyard. 6 BEDROOMS: Bedroom 1 (Main Level): Spacious luxury primary suite with king bed, private bathroom, a large smart TV, nightstands, lamps, walk-in closet, dresser, and exterior access to the backyard/deck. Bedroom 2 (Main Level): King bed, lamps, nightstands, closet, and exterior access to the backyard/deck. Bedroom 3 (Main Level): King bed, lamps, nightstands, closet, and large bay windows. Bedroom 4 (Downstairs): King bed, lamps, nightstands, open closet, and personal air conditioning wall unit. Bedroom 5/Bunkroom (Downstairs): Queen bed, twin over twin bunk bed, open closet, nightstands, and personal air conditioning wall unit. Bedroom 6 (Downstairs): Queen bed, lamps, nightstands, open closet, and a private attached bathroom. Additional Sleeping: Upstairs gathering area has a queen size pullout bed. 4 BATHROOMS: Bathroom 1 (Main Level): Attached to primary suite. Full bathroom with a double sink vanity, walk-in shower and standalone tub. Bathroom 2 (Main Level): Full bathroom with a walk-in shower. Bathroom 3 (Downstairs): Full bathroom with a separate 2 sink vanity and a large walk-in shower. Bathroom 4 (Downstairs): Attached to Bedroom 6. Full bathroom with a walk-in shower. KITCHEN: Our fully-custom kitchen was remodeled to meet the clean, desert aesthetic. It is complete with brand new appliances and dishware. The kitchen comes fully stocked with everything you could possibly need to host: pots, pans, serving dishes, silverware, cooking utensils, baking tools, cutting knives, cookie sheets, and more. Additionally, we provide a coffee maker, blender, and toaster. Adjacent to the kitchen is the dining area featuring a large solid wood dining table with seating for twelve people, a counter height island with three barstools, and a high chair for babies/toddlers. An additional folding table is located in the garage with lounge seating on the back deck. HOSPITALITY: Exceptional hospitality is our top-priority.
