The Space: As you step inside, you'll be greeted by a bright and airy living area, adorned with modern furnishings and stylish decor. With five beautifully appointed bedrooms, everyone in your group will have their own sanctuary to unwind. Bonus Room features foosball table, basketball game table, bar, 2 pull out sofas, fireplace and French doors leading out to a private seating area. Backyard: The backyard features an AMAZING pool and spa both of which can be heated for an additional fee. No questions asked! 2) No Events of large gatherings of any kind 3) Home is equipped for 16 people. Please inquire for higher guest counts. No unapproved/unchecked guests may stay over night. 4) No smoking 5) No pets 6) Guests do not have access to garage 7) Pool and Hot Tub can be heated for an additional $100 per day. Please make sure to pre-request pool to be heated as it takes about 2 days for it to warm to temperature 8) Exterior cameras are not monitored regularly and are only present for the safety of both our guests and our home. If cameras are tampered with in any way (unplugged, covered or broken) 1st incident guests will be notified, 2nd incident, stay will be cancelled with no questions and no refund granted. 9) When available, early check in can be offered. Early check in fee is $150 **Pool/Hot Tub Heating Information** Pool heating is available for an additional $100 per day to heat to 85 degrees pool and requires a 48 hour notice. Pool heating is only allowed for consecutive days with. There is also a 2 night minimum for pool heating. Hot Tub heating (when pool is not heated for the stay) is available for $50 per night. Guest access Guests will receive door code to keypad the day of check in Other things to note Pool can be heated for an additional $100 per day. Please make sure to pre-request pool to be heated as it takes about 2 days for it to warm to temperature. There is a 2 night minimum for pool heating, and those days will need to be consecutive. -Hot Tub (if pool is not heated for the stay) can be heated for $50 per day. -Pool heating will be available year round -Hot Tub heating will be available year round -Our home is equipped with security cameras. There are NO indoor cameras on our property -There are several cameras around the exterior to include the front yard, door bell, back yard and pool area Arizona is full of wildlife and bugs. Although we hire monthly pest control service to keep bugs from getting in, we request that doors remain closed.
