Other things to note The house's quiet hours are from 9PM-8AM these are in place to ensure that you and our whole community can enjoy a restful night’s sleep. That means that amenities like pickleball and basketball are not permitted after 9pm at night. Please be mindful of our neighbors during your stay so we can continue to host families and groups like yours. We do not allow smoking or illegal drug use in the house. We are dedicated to protecting our guests and neighbors from bothersome levels of noise. In an effort to do so, this property is equipped with Minut technology. Minut is 100% privacy compliant and is required on this property. Minut monitors sound levels (but does not record any sound or image). Minut will notify the host of any excess sound levels outside of quiet hours. Any attempt to remove Minut device or ignore quiet hours will result in guest cancellation.
