This helps us stay compliant with San Antonio City ordinance and out of respect for the neighborhood 👥 Registered Guests Only For safety and security, only guests listed on the reservation are allowed on the property. 🎉 No Parties or Events Thank you for helping us maintain a peaceful and respectful environment for our home and neighborhood. 🚭 No Smoking Indoors A **$500 fee** will apply if there is any evidence of smoking inside the home. You’re welcome to smoke outside—just please dispose of cigarette butts properly. 🐾 Pets (Fee + Limit) We’re happy to welcome pets with prior disclosure/approval. A **$150 pet fee per pet** applies, with a maximum of 2 pets per reservation. 📹 Outdoor Security Cameras (Exterior Only) For safety and liability reasons, we have exterior-only security cameras in a few key areas. These help us monitor the outside of the property and ensure a safe stay for everyone. Camera locations: * Driveway * Main entrance door * Right side of the house * Backyard (single camera facing the pool) These cameras are not intrusive and do not monitor any interior spaces. They’re simply there to help protect both your stay and the property. Guests will be required to sign a renter's agreement. The agreement will be sent via email and SMS upon booking under Five Star Vacation Home Rentals. Please check your spam if it's not in your inbox. Guests who have zero reviews will be required to settle a $500 security deposit, this will be held and released 5 days after your stay assuming there's no damage in our unit. This will come from Five Star Vacation Home Rentals, LLC. We charge a minimum of $150 for an unapproved late checkout.
