Have a few little ones? This house is perfect for families. This space is exceptional for groups of adults because there are three bedrooms which are totally unique and yet substantially equal- so no one will feel short-changed. The fourth bedroom is also fantastic, but features two queen beds and would be great for either adults or children. Looking to cook? Double ovens, double sinks, fully appointed kitchen, table seating for 10, plus bar space mean your gourmet meals will shine! Enjoy the gas fireplace and comfortable seating for socializing. Need your own space? All four large bedrooms have TVs with cable. Or watch together in the living room. Enjoy the spacious yard, hot tub, fire-pit and mountain views while breathing in the clean mountain air.. Guest access Guests have access to the house with exception to one lockout closet. *For bookings of only 4-6 people, some bedrooms may be locked out. Key-less entry means everyone can come and go without restrictions- or losing keys! Other things to note It is very important to us that the property is maintained, safe, and beautiful for our guests. Please be aware that we have full time tenants on the property that help to maintain yard, snow removal, trash removal, etc. There is NO SHARED SPACE WITH THE HOME. Please be respectful of quiet hours between 10 pm and 7 am.
