Whether you're unwinding poolside or hosting a gathering, this home offers elegance and comfort in every corner. The space This house is massive at 5400 square feet. It has a heated pool and a hot tub. It is handicap accessible on the main floor and patio area. On the main floor there are 4 bedrooms and 3 1/2 bathrooms. Downstairs is an additional bedroom and bathroom, plus a 12 person bunkroom (6th bedroom) which can be rented for an additional fee of $300, plus tax, a night. Guest access To enter the house, please use the **front door**. You will need to use the keypads located at the front door to unlock it. The code for the keypads will be provided to you in a separate secure message prior to your arrival. You need to use Both keypads to enter the property. There will be a link sent to you via SMS where Door codes and check-in instruction will be available. You will see a digital door lock on the entry door. To UNLOCK the door, enter the code, and you will hear the deadbolt unlock. You will then enter the code provided on the digital keypad located on the wall to the right of the doors. To LOCK the door when you leave, close the door tightly and press the Schlage button at the top of the keypad located on the entry door. Please note that entering your code when the door is unlocked will also lock the door. Garage Parking: You may park in the garage. Please use the garage solely for parking purposes. Please note that there is NO access into the house from the garage. You will have to walk around to the front door to get in and out of the house. Other things to note The pool is heated to 75 degrees April-October (may be hotter or colder due to external temps) and the spa is kept at 90 degrees but guests may increase if they'd like during their stay. At temperatures below 33 degrees, the pool/spa will NOT be heated because they go into freeze protect mode. Please do NOT touch any of the pool pump equipment for ANY reason. For your safety and ours, a security camera is installed in the backyard by the pool area. We respect your privacy and do not actively monitor the footage. However, for liability purposes related to the hot tub and pool, we may review recordings if an issue arises. Rest assured, our goal is to ensure a safe and enjoyable experience for all guests.
