Apartment facing Kennedy Park

In 8 years I have received people from many countries through Airbnb, the experience has been amazing. I have renovated it and now it is a 60m2 apartment that is very comfortable for a long stay. It is a spacious apartment, includes a very comfortable living/dining room to relax, and a very spacious room, facing the Miraflores park, comfortable and easy access, wifi with internet, spacious and complete bathroom with hot water, newly renovated, kitchen equipped with washer and dryer, a place for remote work with shelves. The space It is a spacious mini apartment in the center of Miraflores, renovated in May 2022, 1 block from Kennedy Park, with a spacious room and closet, dining room with sofa bed for 2 people, spacious with 02 Smart TVs, kitchen equipped for long stays and washer and dryer, spacious bathroom with hot water, air extractor renovated with fine finishes, bedding and clean towels are left for each guest, an exclusive work spot has been adapted for virtual work, with space to organize. Being 1 block from downtown Miraflores is having the feeling of the city in the apartment, if you like the experience of a large and vibrant city it is perfect for you, especially on weekends or holidays. You can enter the apartment freely or at dawn without any charge, and if I do not have a guest afterwards we can coordinate a late departure. Guest access You can use all parts of the apartment, kitchen, bathroom and living room. Other things to note I have a kitchenette, dishes, glasses and cutlery. The kitchen has a microwave, coffee maker, kettle, blender, glass-ceramic stove with extractor hood and minibar, there is a washing machine and clothes dryer. I also leave basic ingredients such as salt, sugar, oil, coffee, tea, etc. The studio has 01 bed for 02 people to sleep in and additionally I have 01 futon that appears in the photo as a sofa in which 02 people can sleep. I have a fan for the summer season There are 02 Smart TVs with internet access in the living room and bedroom, and you can do home office comfortably. There is hot water in the bathroom, shower and kitchen. Bed with clean sheets and duvet, I leave clean towels for each guest I speak English and a little French. I speak English and I will be very happy to have any guest in my studio :)
