The rental offers the perfect arrangement for two couples or an extended family - set up the kids on one side, while the parents enjoy the other side all to themselves. The space There is plenty of natural light provided by the long vertical windows at the front of the house and skylights in the ceilings. The TVs are set up with streaming services including Netflix, Prime, and Disney+. Cable or satellite TV is not available. Heat is provided by the gas fireplaces (one in each unit) and infrared wall heaters. Air conditioning is available via portable AC units. There are also ceiling fans in the main living areas and bedrooms. Both kitchens are fully stocked with dishes and cookware. There are no dishwashers, but dish soap, sponges, and drying racks are provided for washing dishes. Guest access Guests have full access to the house and both apartment units. Outdoor areas directly in front of the house are for parking and BBQ grill use, and the large open deck off the back unit is fully available for guest use. The attached garage is not availble for guest use. Other things to note Each unit is available to rent as separate, one bedroom apartments.
