Guest access Guests can use the gourmet area located on the 5th floor, upon reservation and payment of an extra fee, set by the Home Studio administration, directly with the building's Janitorial Office. The swimming pool, also located on the 5th floor, is intended for the free use of all guests listed in the rental registration of each unit, at the times stipulated by the condominium. Other things to note It is important to note that the parking space is suitable for small and medium-sized cars. Difficult to park large cars, as there is not enough room for maneuvering.
