The space Welcome to our large 1 bedroom + funky den apartment with 1 king bed in the large master bedroom and double queen bunk bed in the den. It is recently updated with new stainless appliances in the kitchen and all new furnishings throughout as of Jan 2025. The 3 large beds make it a perfect crash pad for families or groups traveling to Lander for short stays that don't mind sharing the single bathroom or an incredibly spacious apartment for a single or couple with the optionality to host friends. The apartment is equipped with a sit stand workstation with a 4k monitor, high speed wifi, and everything needed to plug in for those professionals working from home on the road. Located above the Middle Fork restaurant right on Main St, the location doesn't get any better than this. Although it is set far back enough from Main St so you don't get the street noise, The Middle Fork is a Breakfast/Lunch restaurant that starts cooking early in the AM and you will get kitchen noise. Not recommended for late sleepers that are sensitive to noise. Outdoor enthusiasts can also enjoy the private balcony overlooking a seasonal creek that runs all summer, or take a short 3 block walk to the paved trail along the Popo Agie river that leads down to city park just 7 blocks away, or hop in the car to Sinks Canyon State park just 12 minutes away. A perfect launching point to fall in love with this charming little town surrounded by some of the most spectacular landscapes you will find anywhere.
