Cozy RV retreat on a secluded street. Private bedroom with true queen bed and Smart TV. Two bunks are full size. Fully equipped kitchen with gas stove, microwave and oven. Living area has second smart TV. Outdoor charcoal grill and artsy outdoor shower. Full covered porch to relax in shade after a day at the beach. MUST BE 25 YEARS OF AGE TO RENT THIS PROPERTY. Walk to village, restaurants, brewery and shops. Wifi only, no cable, equipped to stream on two TVs from your own accounts. The space RV is generous in size but for comfort we prefer only 4 in this space unless the additional guests are small children. YOU MUST BE AGE 25 OR ABOVE TO RENT THIS SPACE. Perfect for a couple with up to 4 children or a maximum of 4 adults. Queen in bedroom is a true mattress and has a private door. Bunks are full size with good mattresses, but would be most comfortable with only one adult or two small children each. There is a privacy curtain around bunks. Living area has a full stocked kitchen, dining table, pullout sofa bed, TV table and Smart TV to login with your own streaming services. Outside is a private porch with a tin roof, a custom outdoor shower, and adirondacks. In the yard is a charcoal grill and picnic table, which is shared with another unit next door. We no longer have bikes or beach chairs due to storage issues, but they can be leased just a few minutes walk from the space. Guest access Guests have access to the entire place, generous yard and parking.
