You’ll land in the open concept living space including sitting area, queen-size bed, dining table and kitchenette. Enjoy the comforts of a split unit air conditioner/heater. Relax on the comfortable loveseat and curl up with plush pillows and a good book. You’ll love the airy feel of the room bathed in natural light streaming in through the windows. Eco-friendly and hypoallergenic concrete floors give the room a sleek, contemporary look. Watch your favorite shows, movies and sports on the 40” smart TV using streaming channels with your own log-ins. After a full day of enjoying all that Davis has to offer, head for a restful night’s sleep on the luxurious queen-size bed under the glow of the moon from the skylight (eye masks provided). You’ll find just the right amount of storage space with the luggage rack and open wardrobe, along with the bedside table and baskets. Additional amenities include a white noise machine and sunrise simulation alarm clock. There are delightful views of the neighborhood right out the front windows, along with light filtering window coverings for privacy at night. Craft simple culinary delights in the well-equipped kitchenette with a refrigerator, toaster oven and microwave. You’ll also find a toaster, blender, drip coffee maker, tea kettle and Berkey water filter. You’ll have all the cookware, dishware, flatware, glassware, and utensils you need to prepare and serve your favorite quick meals, including organic coffee a variety of tea, cream and sugar. Dine at the dinette table for two or al fresco on the private side yard on the patio table. A gas barbeque is also available for your use. In the evening, gather around the firepit with host-supplied gas. Make ‘smores – and memories. Back inside, you’ll love the convenience of the private pocket door enclosed bath with vanity, walk-in shower, and necessary bathroom essentials (hair dryer, towels, shampoo/conditioner, shower gel and more). Finish your day off by strolling or biking through Sycamore Park along the greenbelts as the sun sets. Then return to relax by the fire on your private patio, sipping your favorite beverage. We also offer bike storage. Guest access Guests have complete private access to the studio and outdoor patio. You'll access the studio by entering a unique code into the electronic lock located on the front door. Note: The studio has one shared wall with the main house. Other things to note Absolutely no parties. Only registered guests are permitted. No smoking on premises, including vaping. No pets permitted. No exceptions. Considering our central location, you may hear light traffic sound when outside on the patio. We are committed to a safer environment for all and do not spray pesticides. As Davis is surrounded by agriculture, it is not uncommon to come across insects and small rodents outside. The studio is synthetic fragrance-free, with the exception of the provided shampoo/conditioner. We take every effort to use non-toxic cleaning supplies, including Force of Nature and TrulyFree.
