We’re here to make your stay as convenient and comfortable as possible, so you can focus on making memories. Guest access Guests have full access to the condo and community amenities: • Keypad entry with Ring doorbell camera • Second floor walk up- No elevator • (Two) Level 2 EV chargers on-site • Free on-site parking • 2 seasonal outdoor swimming pools • Tennis, pickleball, and volleyball courts • Community grills • Bike/walking path directly outside • In-unit washer & dryer • High-speed WiFi and a dedicated workspace with monitor + printer Other things to note Please note: After your booking is accepted, you will receive a secure link to complete the following required steps within 24 hours to confirm your reservation: Completion of all steps is mandatory in order to stay at the property. -Complete and sign the rental agreement. -Provide a government-issued ID for age verification (primary guest must be 25+ years old to book) -Provide a fully refundable $450 security deposit via credit card The security deposit is a temporary hold placed 2 days prior to arrival for incidental purposes and will be released after checkout, provided no damages or violations occur. • We highly recommend purchasing travel insurance through Play Travel Protection to protect against unforeseen circumstances or nonrefundable deposits. Please note that we do not offer refunds for inclement weather. • No pets allowed. • No smoking or vaping on property (including decks). • Seasonal amenities (pools, tennis courts, grills) may occasionally close due to weather or maintenance. • This is a second-floor condo in a shared building. While the community is generally quiet, you may occasionally hear normal footsteps or sounds from the units above.
