The RoyChowdhury Residence

This is a beautiful South Calcutta home that has been with our family for the last 85 years. It has a distinct old world charm, that we have painstakingly maintained. The house also has a chic cafe and boutique on the ground floor (#bohotrunk) The space It’s an extension of our home… so as hosts we live a floor below providing complete privacy to our guests in the second floor with complete access to the roof garden. Guest access Guests should ideally be back in the property by 11 PM at night… the gates of the house are closed after that. Of course, guests can certainly have a special requirement for a day or two of delayed entry for a specific reason. In the normal circumstance, since it is an extension of our home, guests are expected to come in by midnight (latest).
