Travel insurance is a low-cost way to help protect you from any trip losses should you need to change your plans (family emergency, illness, weather e.g. hurricanes, etc.). Without it, you risk losing all rental fees with Vacation Alchemy if you cancel outside of your reservation’s cancellation period and policy. Other things to note POOL AND SPA HEAT: We maintain the pool and spa at a base temperature of 70 degrees. If you would like the water warmer (Pool: 85°F / Spa: 103°F), please let us know at least 48 hours before your arrival. Heating is available for $45 per day or $270 per week plus tax (minimum of 2 consecutive days). The spa shares the same heating system as the pool and operates on a wall-mounted egg timer in 1-hour cycles. To achieve the desired spa temperature, ensure the pool heat is activated and the egg timer is engaged. Please note that the spa does not maintain elevated temperatures like a therapeutic hot tub, and it may take several cycles to reach your preferred heat level. Additionally, the heating system will not operate at full capacity when the air temperature is 50 degrees or cooler. No refunds for pool heat will be offered based on weather conditions.
