Likewise, it is situated very close to important focal points of the city such as the Reina Sofía Museum, the Prado Museum, Madrid Planetarium and El Retiro Park. The apartment: Ideal for those seeking comfort and sophistication, this spectacular and bright two-bedroom apartment offers a perfect combination of avant-garde style and contemporary elegance. Especially designed to optimise space and offer an elegant and comfortable environment, the flat combines in a welcoming space the dining area, a spacious American-style kitchen equipped with utensils and state-of-the-art appliances and the striking living room with double sofa bed, Smart Tv and access to a beautiful private terrace perfect for relaxing and enjoying its views at any time of day. The spacious master bedroom is equipped with a comfortable double bed, fitted wardrobes and a full en-suite bathroom with shower. The second bedroom features two comfortable single beds and fitted wardrobes. For the greater comfort of our guests, the flat has a second full bathroom with a bathtub. The cot is subject to availability. Please notify us with a maximum of 5 days' notice. The change from heating to air conditioning in the apartment boiler will be carried out at the end of April, and in turn, the change from air conditioning to heating will be carried out in November in accordance with the protocols established by the community. To bear in mind: Important: This apartment is only offered for seasonal rentals, in accordance with article 3 of the Urban Leases Act (lau). Clients will sign a seasonal rental contract upon arrival. Online check-in is mandatory in accordance with current regulations and must be carried out through the MitHouse app/webapp. During this process, the Mrz band of each guest's identity document will be read to extract the data required by the authorities. It will be essential to have a mobile device and internet on the phone to access the apartment. For stays longer than 28 days, a deposit of €1,000 will be required, refundable at the end of the stay if no damage occurs to the accommodation. Respect: In order to ensure good cohabitation and respect for neighbours and residents, this apartment may be equipped with a 24-hour noise monitoring system. Guests are obliged to comply with the established quiet hours at all times. Important: all check-ins to be carried out from 21:00 onwards have an additional cost of €70 to be paid in cash to the person who receives you at the apartment. Please contact our team 48 hours before your arrival and carefully follow the instructions made available to you at all times.
