This beautiful 4 1/2 in a charming century-old duplex offers you tranquility, while being close to services. Located in the heart of the city of Saint-Georges en Beauce, you will find a peaceful haven for your business or tourist getaway. The space 🛌 BEDROOMS: In this accommodation, two bedrooms including a double bed, a private TV and a storage space in each of them await you. 👩🍳 KITCHEN & DINING AREA: You will also have a full kitchen as well as all the necessary equipment to cook a good meal (cookware, utensils, plates, etc.). We also provide olive oil, salt, pepper and coffee. You'll even have the luxury of having a dishwasher! The dining area can accommodate 4 people. 🛀 THE BATHROOM AND LAUNDRY: Of course, a full bathroom is at your disposal, as well as a washer and dryer to facilitate your long stays. 🛋 LIVING ROOM: The rest area includes a sofa and a TV so you can relax after your days of work or getaway. Our Netflix account is available to you for free on all TVs in the unit. ☀️ THE YARD: Outside, the backyard offers a BBQ, a campfire and a beautiful porch with a table that can accommodate 6 people. The perfect place to relax on summer evenings! Pay attention to the beautiful sunset view 🚗 PARKING: Two parking spaces are available and cleared of snow in winter. Guest access ❗️In all transparency, access to the accommodation is difficult to find, but we promise you it's worth the detour! For the most visual, check out the Airbnb listing. You have to take a small alley behind a parking lot and it's easy to miss. To make it easier to find, we have installed a sign announcing 12160 and 12170. Each unit has its own parking space, it is important to respect these. The signs indicate the location of your parking space very well. For the 4 1/2 at the bottom, parking is the second on your right in the alley. Please avoid parking in the alley, under penalty of towing at your expense. VISIT: Only people listed in your reservation are welcome. We have cameras in the parking lots that allow us to control this aspect. Please don't hesitate to contact us to discuss the possibilities if you need anything.
