This apartment offers two bedrooms, a fully equipped kitchen for lovely meals and airy living room with dining table for room for 6-8 people, where you can relax after a day by the sea. The apartment has its own private entrance and parking just outside the entrance. From the apartment, you enjoy a great view of the rooftops. Just 500 meters away are restaurants and the popular cold bathhouse. Alternatively 300 meters to the bus towards the city center or Hyllie. Welcome to Limhamn! The space There are two separate bedrooms of a smaller size with room for 2 beds in each room. In the living room there are two couches that serve as two beds. There are options to borrow air mattresses from us. Plenty of space to hang up clothes and fold in closet. Kitchen and living room are separate where there are kitchen table in the kitchen for 4 people and dining table in the living room for room for 6-8 people. Guest access Entirely own apartment that you dispose of it to your own liking and taste Other things to note You will have access to your own code to the main entrance that you have throughout your stay. The apartment is on the 3rd floor and consists of two slightly narrower stairs before coming up. If you have any questions about it, please let us know. 🧼 Cleaning – choose yourself Cleaning after the stay is not included in the price, but you can easily choose between two options: 🔹 1. You clean yourself at check-out We ask you to leave the accommodation in good condition – take out rubbish, wash dishes, vacuum and wipe surfaces. We'll send you simple instructions before departure. 🔹 2. You book for cleaning (optional) If you want to avoid cleaning yourself, we offer a voluntary cleaning service for SEK 500, which is paid separately.
