This apartment offers two bedrooms, a fully-equipped kitchen for lovely meals and an airy living room with a dining table for 6-8 people, where you can relax after a day by the sea. The apartment has its own private entrance and parking right outside the entrance. From the apartment, you can enjoy a fantastic view of the rooftops. Only 500 meters away are restaurants and the popular cold bath house. Alternatively, 300 meters to the bus to the city center or Hyllie. Welcome to Limhamn! The space There are two separate bedrooms of smaller size with room for 2 beds in each room. In the living room there are two sofas that function as two beds. There are options to borrow air mattresses from us. Plenty of space to hang up clothes and fold in the closet. Kitchen and living room are separate where there is a kitchen table in the kitchen for 4 people and dining table in the living room for 6-8 people. Guest access Completely your own apartment that you can use as you like and taste Other things to note You will have access to your own code for the main entrance that you have throughout your stay. The apartment is on the 3rd floor and consists of two slightly narrower stairs before you get up. Feel free to contact us if you have any further questions about it. 🧼 Cleaning – choose for yourself Cleaning after the stay is not included in the price, but you can easily choose between two options: 🔹 1. You clean up after yourself at check-out We ask you to leave the place in good condition – take out garbage, wash dishes, vacuum and wipe surfaces. We'll send you simple instructions before departure. 🔹 2. You book for cleaning (optional) If you want to avoid cleaning yourself, we offer a voluntary cleaning service for 500 SEK, which is paid separately.
