On the edge of Limfjorden

Welcome to our guest house at Årbækmølle - on the edge of Limfjorden. Here you can enjoy the silence and the view, while having a good base for the many activities Mors and the surrounding area can offer. The guest house is part of our old barn from 1830, and contains history from a time of unique building constructions. Therefore, you will find here old walls in cobblestone - carefully renovated and modernized over time. The space The panoramic view of the Limfjord is unavoidable, and the large windows to the east and south invite sunrise and a lovely light. In the southwest-facing garden, there are swings and a small path that leads you to the beach, which is just a 2-minute walk away. The beach is private and you have free access to swimming, sunbathing and playing. The guest house contains a bedroom with a double bed (plus the possibility of a baby bed), a loft with a double bed, a kitchen with a dining area and sofa, and a bathroom with a shower. 4 people + possibly a baby's bed, but there is the possibility of borrowing a double bed or two single mattresses, so that you can sleep more people on the loft. Other things to note - The loft is open to the living room. - As parts of the guest house are built in the old barn, the ceiling height in the kitchen and bathroom is just under 2 meters. - Unfortunately, the old barn building does not allow a window in the bathroom, so you should expect dew after a bath. There is a fan to help. - Due to the many oysters and shells, bathing shoes are recommended if you are going to swim on the beach - especially for children. - The guest house is well heated by the sun in the summer months. The wood stove provides coziness and there is of course firewood for you. If necessary, a heat pump can be added, which can both heat and possibly cool. - Cars can be parked on the property and there is access to the guest house via the garden. Electric car charging is offered and settled upon departure. We live in the main house on the property with our little daughter and our white Norwegian forest cat Chief1. Chief makes sure to keep mice and rats away and is a social and curious cat who will undoubtedly patrol past the guest house and stop by to say hello. Other animals are therefore not allowed, but please reach out to us in advance if, for example, you would like to bring your dog - then we may find a solution.
