Riverside Cottage on River, by Wineries & Casino

This beautiful riverside cottage sits on a 14 acre estate, in a lush garden setting. Just 2.4 miles from Spirit Mountain Casino, in the heart of wine country, 2 miles from Willamina town, 26 miles from Lincoln City, 14 miles from McMinnville, and 22 miles to Salem. Enjoy this meandering riverfront property, complete with multiple gardens. A shared hot tub is available for ultimate relaxation. Navarra Gardens is a pure delight! The space The upstairs loft at Navarra Gardens is an attic style space, with a peaked ceiling that are quite low. This gives it a quite cozy feeling. :) Though please note, it may be a bit difficult for a very tall person. If so, the entry room may suit these guests better... The entry room doubles as the second bedroom with a daybed and a trundle bed underneath. This room has a door and can be closed off from the rest of the house for privacy. There is currently Starlink Wi-Fi in the cottage, and our Blue Studio, a great satellite service. Depending on your phone carrier, you may experience difficulties getting reception out here by the river however mostly great Navarra Gardens is great for wine weekends, family visits, and business travelers. Spectacular gardens, ponds, 1400 ft. of Riverfront, 14 acres of grounds to enjoy- we have two rentals for larger groups - see Blue Studio at Navarra Gardens or message us with questions! Guest access Guests will have access to the entire cottage and surrounding gardens. In the summertime when the river is low, there is beach access (please inquire about our liability waiver to access the river and canoe). Other things to note I have a resident cat, Rambo, and the sweetest pup you'll ever meet, Kuru. You may see them wandering the grounds.... along with birds of all kinds (Bald Eagles too), squirrels, and the like. Stayover cleaning is available upon request, as well as crib-bed walls. Should you want to bring multiple pets, please make special arrangements with me before booking. There is a washer & dryer on the property, outside of your rented space. This is free to our guests and available on request.
