This includes playing loud or vulgar music in the backyard or pool area and any drug use on the property, including marijuana with a medical ID (do it somewhere else). We care about our neighbors and our home, and this behavior is not allowed at this property. ☀ At least one guests must be over 26 unless they are part of a family unit. Verification may be required. ☀ No smoking, including in the game room (garage). ☀ 2 cars maximum allowed in the driveway, 1 car on the street in front of the house. No trailers allowed. Do not block the neighbors' driveway. ☀ Must observe QUIET HOURS 10 PM - 7 AM Guest access Guests are welcome to use anything on the property. This is your home away from home, get comfy, relax and have fun! Other things to note • Pets are not allowed by our insurance provider. • For your peace of mind, surveillance cameras are located in the driveway, side gate, and front door. No inside cameras. • The house is equipped with noise monitors inside and outside. These devices do not record voice or conversation but only monitor decibel levels. • We are in a very nice residential neighborhood with great neighbors. Please be respectful. Please note that we require all guests to sign the Rental Agreement and fill out a check-in form before their arrival.
