Our apartment is on the ground floor, ventilated, sunny, your vehicle is inside the condominium in front of the apartment. The condominium has security cameras, electronic gate. We love pets, so you can bring yours and we'll provide the pots to put water and food for it. The pool is always clean because we have a caretaker all week. If you want to grill meat, we have barbecues in the outdoor area. If you have children, we leave books, games and a hammock to keep them distracted. We always try to make our guests feel at home! Our condominium is located in the prime residential area, 2.4 km from the commercial area of Guaibim. It's a flat paved avenue. Guest access In the common area of the condominium we have a swimming pool, barbecue grills, a large lounge, and parking. To have your feet in the sand, just cross the street. Less than 3 min walking. Other things to note Comfortable, cozy environment, close to the sea, just across the street, less than 3 min. It has a security system with cameras and a caretaker. And if you want to spend the day in Morro de São Paulo, you can do it easily, you see?! Even if you don't have a car, there's a bus stop on the corner of the condo street. Access to Morro can be made by returning by road and entering to the left of the airport roundabout, towards Atracadouro. Once you get there, just choose a boat or a speedboat.
