Espazio Nasugbu - Hidden tropical villa

A newly built haven situated near one of the mountains in Nasugbu, Batangas. A cozy cabin for a family or a group of close friends. The property offers a breathtaking mountain view and Nasugbu farmlands. Surrounded by lush greenery and offering complete privacy, this oasis invites you to unwind, relax and enjoy the quiet “probinsya feels”. The space Espazio Nasugbu is nestled in a 2000 sqm open area with Bali inspired swimming pool and amenities such as, spacious garden for outdoor activities, game boards , smart TV with NETFLIX and a day bed with a view of nature. The cabin opens to a deck facing your own quiet patch of the garden with picturesque sunsets of Nasugbu. It is conveniently just 30 mins away from Twin Lakes and beaches of Nasugbu. There are also nearby home-grown restaurants and minimarts in the area. Our standard rate accommodates 8 guests. We can extend our capacity to a maximum of 10 guests for an additional fee of Php 1,000 per extra person. Additional guest fees can be settled upon arrival. The Space ***Bedroom**** All beds have hotel-quality sheets, which are freshly laundered for each guest's stay. All bedrooms offer stunning mountain views. Master Bedroom: 1 queen size bed 1 double size bed 1 day bed Ensuite Bathroom with bathtub (w/ view of Nasugbu farmlands) 40” Smart TV with Netflix Hot and cold shower Bedroom 2: 1 bunk bed with double size bed. Ideal for young adults and kids. This room offers direct mountain view and convenient access through sliding door, creating seamless indoor-outdoor experience. Common bathroom with hot and cold shower ***Kitchen*** - Equipped with the ff: - Refrigerator - Induction cooker Instructions for Use: Press the power button, then press the function button twice. After that, select the desired temperature. - Rice cooker - Electric Kettle - Coffee maker - Microwave - Hot & Cold Water Dispenser w/ mineral water - Basic cooking equipment Complete crockery, which includes : - dishes - spoon and fork - serving plates - bowls - plates - coffee mugs - wine glass - drinking glass 8 seater dining set - Grilling area - Dishwashing liquids with new scrub sponge ***Swimming Pool*** Bali inspired pool with Jacuzzi (Please note that the jacuzzi can be used for up to 1 hr in the morning and in the afternoon, as the motor requires regular rest periods) Depth is 4-5 feet with pool lounge Food and drinks are not allowed No lifeguard is available. Please practice proper decorum while using the pool and ensure that children and people needing assistance are always supervised. We will not be liable for any accident that may occur. ***Recreation*** Fire pit Boardgames Portable Badminton court ***Parking*** We provided parking space for 3 cars (2 SUV/Van , 1 sedan). ***Guest Access*** Our guest will have full access to the whole place except for the storage and pool pump area. ***Security*** We have our caretakers there to assist you with any needs or concern during your stay. For non-urgent matters, we kindly ask that you request assistance before 9PM. Other things to note ID Requirement: Valid IDs for all guests are required for verification and security purposes. House Rules: Detailed house rules and property guidelines will be sent after booking confirmation. Food Delivery: There are no Grab Food and Food Panda services available in the area, but there’s a local restaurant that offers delivery to the property. Please order to them in advance. We can't do rebooking/cancellation if it’s just due to a rainy weather. But if there's a typhoon and PAGASA puts your point of origin and Batangas under Signal 1 or higher, we can rebook your stay. NO SMOKING and VAPING inside the villa or in the lanai/pool area. You may do outside the villa with proper disposal of cigar butts. Penalty : Php 2000 NO unregistered guest allowed. Our staff shall do proper headcount before entering. NO grilling inside the villa. Penalty: Php 1000 Grill only in the designated area to avoid fire accidents. Guests should keep noise at a minimum between 10 pm to 7 am as a courtesy to the neighbors. Illegal drugs is STRICTLY PROHIBITED IN ALL AREAS , PLEASE RESPECT. As much as we love pets, they are NOT permitted on the property. Our cleaning staff and future guest may be sensitive to pet or animal dander. Vandalism and sticking of wall decorations that use any kind of tape or glue on the wall, doors or glass are not allowed. Any kind of party accessories such as party poppers, glitters or confetti are not allowed. Do not flush your trash on the toilet bowl. No lifeguard is available. Children and anyone needing assistance must always be supervised. Please note that you will be surrounded by the sounds of nature. The roosters will crow and the chickens will cluck but the sounds of the city are far away. The villa is surrounded by greenery. You can expect various types of bugs to visit during your stay. Please bring insect repellent and keep the doors and windows closed at all times. NETFLIX is automatically available when you turn on the TV. Please do not sign out as we will not provide the password for logging in again. For sanitary reasons, we do not provide towels. Please note that we don’t have wheelchair ramp and there are stairs going up & down the property. A security deposit of Php 1000 is required when you check in. Our caretaker will collect it and return it during your check out once he checked the condition of the house. The security will be forfeited if one of the following rules is violated: * No excessive stains in sheets * No damage to property resulting from irresponsible and reckless actions * No missing items (utensils, fixtures, blankets, etc Power interruption is beyond the owner’s control. However, we have a standby generator to provide electricity for essential appliances (AC, induction cooker and electric fans). Please allow our staff a few moments to manually start the machine. Water source is from a deep well, so we suggest using the provided mineral water for cooking and drinking. Our staff conducts daily pool cleaning operations in the early morning hours.
