Saltwater Swimming pool is professionally cleaned/serviced weekly! ✔Ample living space for large groups ✔ Entertaining game room with foosball, card table, and arcade games ✔ Cozy fire pit area for stargazing and s'mores. Please bring firewood. Step outside to the bluestone patio for outdoor dining space, a propane BBQ grill, and our cozy firepit to enjoy the outdoors! Be sure to bring your hiking gear, which can be done on the property or at many nearby trails in the Catskill Mountains. The 2nd floor has 5 bedrooms (King bed in each) and a full bathroom. The 3rd floor has 3 bedrooms ( 1 with a king bed and 2 with 2 Queen beds in each) and a full bathroom. There are a total of 7 King beds and 4 Queen beds. It's a tranquil atmosphere for the ultimate relaxing experience. •Linens, bath towels, starter paper products, and soap are provided. Please bring extra towels and all your toiletries. • Free Parking available in the driveway for 10+ cars. • Please note we do not have laundry machines onsite.
