Hilltop Manor: Saltwater + Heated Pool + Secluded

Unwind in intimate pockets of comfort or gather with loved ones in the expansive living room, sunlit patio, or pool area. Beyond the home, adventure awaits. Enjoy a walk/run along the Enola Low Grade Trail, or explore downtown Lancaster, only a 20 minute drive. If you prefer shopping the outlets are 25 minutes away & so is Dutch Wonderland. The space EXTERIOR: I can't say enough about how peaceful & secluded the Manor feels, it's a small slice of heaven. The previous owners cared deeply about the ground maintenance & we're doing our best to uphold their standards. Our lawn crew comes weekly to care for the mowing & pond. The wildlife includes deer, pheasant, raccoons, & you will hear woodpeckers occasionally. Evening hours with the exterior lanterns turned on, it's just gorgeous. INTERIOR: Enter through the mudroom door, and you’ll find the laundry room directly ahead. Turn right to pass a charming half bath adorned with charming wallpaper & vanity. Next, the master bedroom awaits on your left, featuring a king-size bed with cooling sheets and a duvet cover. Across from the bed, two swivel armchairs invite you to relax with your morning coffee. Step through to a spacious walk-in closet with a twin size cot, leading into the master bathroom. This retreat offers a walk-in shower, a get-ready station, dual sinks, and a private toilet. Back in the hallway, you’ll enter a generous open-concept space combining the kitchen, dining, and living areas. The dining table seats eight, with four additional bar stools at the kitchen island. The kitchen boasts a large gas range, fully stocked with pots and pans for group cooking. A cast-iron farmhouse sink and dishwasher simplify cleanup, while a hidden trash bin is tucked into a pull-out cabinet to the right of the sink. The island conceals a microwave, and the Keurig coffee maker offers both a carafe and single-pod brewing options. A butler’s pantry lies just beyond, with a wet bar at its entrance featuring a mini fridge, wine, and cocktail glasses. The living room welcomes you to unwind on a plush linen sofa, a cozy loveseat, or a swivel armchair. A Frame TV provides access to popular streaming apps (login required), and the wood-burning fireplace can be stocked with firewood upon request. Toward the front door, Bedroom #2 opens on your left, showcasing a king-size bed with a stunning west-facing view. An exterior door leads to a balcony furnished with a table and four chairs. Head upstairs and turn right to find Bedroom #3, complete with a king-size bed facing large windows, a Frame TV mounted between, a comfy chair for viewing, a spacious walk-in closet with a twin size cot, and a private bathroom. Continue along the hallway to Bedroom #4, offering a king-size bed, a vanity with a chair, and another large walk-in closet with a twin size cot. Nearby, a full bathroom between Bedrooms 4 and 5 features ample storage and a jacuzzi tub/shower combo. Finally, Bedroom #5 includes a king-size bed, a twin trundle bed (with extra pillows and blankets stored in the closet), a Frame TV, and a vanity/chair station. A few things to note: -The TVs in the home are all Smart TVs so you can log into your own streaming apps. We do not provide subscriptions for these services. -Pool will be closed for the 2025 season on October 14th & will reopen in April 2026. -The pool can be heated for your stay at an additional $150 fee. We heat it to 83-85 degrees and advance notice is needed. -Pool towels & toys are provided. -Pool is serviced every Wednesday by a professional team. Cleanings last between 30 minutes-2 hours. -The diving board has been removed. -The house is stocked with 2 pack n plays, 2 highchairs, & kids toys. -There is a second fridge in the garage. - We supply two rolls of toilet paper per bathroom for your stay and one roll of paper towels per kitchen. -There is a guesthouse located on the opposite side of the property that is a separate listing. -PETS: small breed only. $150 pet fee per animal. Guest access You will have full access to the main house, patio, pool area, & large lawn. Please keep out of the ponds & be especially aware if staying with little kids. The barn can be accessed for a banquet or meeting area upon request/additional fee. Other things to note You agree to assume all liability in relation to the property during your stay- including, but not limited to, the pool, pond, and all outdoor areas; and you will never allow children to be unattended in the outdoor spaces.
