Enjoy the ducks, chickens, and goats. Wake to the neighbor's rooster crowing. Have fresh eggs for breakfast when the chickens and ducks cooperate. This three bedroom home with a pool sleeps six. It is - 6 minutes to a grocery store, - 12 minutes to Rock Springs or Wekiva Springs, - 15 minutes to the Lake Apopka Wildlife Drive and - 30 to 45 minutes to the major theme parks, depending on traffic. - a 4 minute bike ride to the 22 mile long West Orange Trail. NO PARTIES TWO VEHICLES MAXIMUM The space The master bedroom has a king size bed. The second bedroom has a queen size bed and the third bedroom has two twin beds. The second and third bedrooms share a single bathroom with a shower/bath. The total indoor space is 2045 sq. ft. A large dining table seats eight and a counter facing the kitchen seats three. There is a large outdoor screened porch with a swimming pool and a round table that seats four. There is an adjacent garage that is not a part of this rental. Parking is on the pavement in front of the house. There is a loft over the adjacent garage which is a separate AirBnB. You may see our guest in the loft coming and going. The guest in the loft knows that the pool goes with the house, not the loft, so you should not see the loft guest at the pool. You are welcome to the eggs from our chickens and ducks. Take what you will eat. They are usually in a carton just inside the roll-up door on the shed next to the chicken coup. You are welcome to walk down to see the goats just past the barn on the other side of the pasture. You are also welcome to walk down to the lake. We will appreciate it if you send us a note on the app so that we know that it is you down there and not a stranger. If you are going to the springs, we have simple inflatable rafts that you are welcome to borrow and return after you finish at the springs. If you have children, please to not allow them access to the pool unless you are there watching or you are certain that they can swim. We can provide a crib, a Pack & Play, and a high chair if you ASK IN ADVANCE, so that we have time to retrieve them from storage or from another unit before your arrival. Please, NO SMOKING INSIDE NO PETS NO PARTIES OR EVENTS 9:00 p.m. QUIET TIME, especially at the pool. For a crib, high chair or Pack 'n Play, please REQEUST IN ADVANCE. Guest access Just prior to check-in time we will send you a keycode for the front door, and a photo showing where you can park. Other things to note NO PARTIES OR EVENTS TWO CARS MAXIMUM If you have a party, we will call the police and you will all leave. SWIMMING POOL: Watch children and non-swimmers when in and near the pool. There is no fence or other barrier to keep children away from the pool. QUIET HOURS: There is a loft over the garage adjacent to the Farmhouse. this loft is also an AirBnB. The Loft does not enjoy access to the pool, however it is important that our guests who use the pool after 9:00 be quiet so that the guests at the Loft can sleep. ANIMAL SAFETY and ALLERGY NOTE: Take care around the horse and goats. We usually provide carrots for you to feed them. Stay on your side of the fence. There are also ducks and chickens in the chicken coop adjacent the driveway. We have six cats and two little dogs who roam around our group of AirBnBs. They are all friendly. You are welcome to enjoy them - in fact we leave bowls and cat food out if you'd like to feed the cats. We don't specifically invite them into the AirBnBs but they do go inside now and then, so that you know in case you have an allergy of concern. If you leave a door open for long, a cat may wander in. If you don't like that, just put them back out, or call us if you need help. Most people just enjoy them.
