The space Property is located on a quiet street approximately 700m from the beach of Enseada de Bertioga, at the height of the leisure area of the beach and the Hotel 27. The house has neighbors on the sides and back. In front of the living room entrance, there is a living and leisure space. Next to this space, on the right side (from who from the street to the house looks) there are two rolling lanes and on them there is space to park UP to 3 PASSENGER vehicles, MEDIUM SIZE. The ground floor kitchen is complete (1 refrigerator-160 ls, 1 stove 4 mouths and gas oven, 1 microwave 18 ls, 1 Italian coffee maker, 1 electric sandwich maker, cutlery, crockery and pots). The service area is partially covered (tank and floor poles) and has a full wc. Guests are not charged for this parking, but the areas of the lanes require care for maneuvering and boarding and disembarking passengers and luggage. Guests who want more space for parking and maneuvering should use spaces on the public road in front of the property (monitored by a TV circuit outside the house) or private paid parking lots nearby, close to the property.
