For seasonings, sugar, salt, and cooking oil are provided. - Fridge and Freezer - Cups and Dishes - Cutlery and Chopsticks - Microwave - Coffee and Tea - Paper towels - Pots and Pans - Spatulas and Ladles - Bowls and Strainers - Can openers and Peelers - Electric kettle - Salt, Pepper, Sugar, and Cooking oil. 【Washing Machine Available】 A washer-dryer is available for your use, along with laundry detergent and a drying rack. Depending on the number of guests, we can also provide Japanese futon beddings in the Western-style bed room. There are no shared areas with other guests or the host. ＜Neighborhood Information＞ ●5 minutes walk from JR Ome station ●No private parking lot available Please use public transportation, or a parking lot close to the house. There are some parking lots around the house and they cost ¥600〜¥1,000 per 24 hours. ●The Oldest Sake Brewery in Tokyo "Ozawa Sake Brewery"is 20 minutes away by car. From JR Ome station, you can take a train for Okutama and got off at Sawai Station. ●Traditional Japanese Indigo Dyeing Studio "Kosoen" is 20 minutes away on foot. ●Mount Mitake For hiking and trekking, famous Mt Mitake is 30 minutes away by car. From JR Ome station, you can take a train for Okutama and got off at Mitake station and take a bus to Takimoto station for a cablecar. ●There are SevenEleven convenience store, greengrocer, bakery and butcher few minutes away from the house. The closest supermarket and pharmacy are 15 minutes away on foot. You can also take a train to Higashi-ome station ( one stop away from Ome station) for a super market Marufuji, or Kabe station ( two stops away from Ome station.) for a big super market AEON. ●There are some restaurants and cafes within 5 minutes walking distance. Feel free to contact with the host for the recommendation. Other things to note ● The building of BOTÁNICA is a traditional Japanse house over 50 years old, updated in 2024. The renovation aimed to preserve the building’s original charm, including shoji screens, Japanese cypress wood ceilings, wooden fixtures, frosted glass and so on. While the space has been updated, you may still notice some signs of the building’s age in areas like window fittings or doors. Compared to newly built properties, there might be a few small inconveniences, but we hope you’ll appreciate the unique character of a renovated traditional Japanese home. ● No Smoking & No Open Flames To ensure safety and maintain a pleasant environment for all, smoking, fireworks, barbecues, and any open flames are not allowed on the property, including in the garden and entrance. This is because the area is designated as a fire prevention district. ● If you're traveling with children under the age of 4, please let us know when making your booking. We offer a selection of toys, picture books, children’s bedding, and a baby chair to make your stay more comfortable. ● If you're celebrating a special occasion like a birthday or anniversary during your stay, we’d love to help make it extra special! Just let us know when you book, and we can assist with room decorations or surprises like cakes upon arrival. ● When making a reservation, we’d appreciate it if you could share a little about the reason for your visit to Ome and your preferred check-in time. This helps us better prepare for your stay and ensure everything goes smoothly. ● As we are located in a residential area, we kindly ask for your cooperation in keeping noise levels to a minimum after 9:00 PM and before 8:00 AM to ensure a peaceful environment for everyone. ● No Parties To maintain a comfortable atmosphere for all, parties and events that could cause noise are not allowed. ● For security reasons, only the registered guest(s) and their accompanying guests are permitted to enter the property. If any unregistered individuals enter, we may need to charge an additional fee. Please keep this in mind when planning your stay.
