I offer the middle floor of a large family house. There is a large private room with a double bed and a travel cot if required. From this room you can go out onto the balcony overlooking the garden. There are toys and a changing table in the room. There is also a private kitchen with a table and chairs and a sofa bed (double bed). There is for you a private bathroom with shower and toilet. The hallway, garden, washing machine and tumble dryer are shared. Everything is suitable for children. The space The main and only entrance to the house is wheelchair accessible, so you can drive your stroller into the house where there is enough space for it. You can then walk through the common areas to the garden, which is on the opposite side of the house. One floor up is your private room, kitchen and bathroom. The corridors and stairs are shared. I live on the top floor with my children. Guest access Our house has three floors. On the ground floor, you can visit the shared garden with play elements for children. The washing machine and tumble dryer are available on request there. There is also fridge. On the middle floor there are your private rooms. The upper floor is for me and my family only. Other things to note The whole house is adapted for children, in the garden you can find a sandpit, swing, slide, balls, chalks and more. There are also toys straight in your room. Neighborhood : Just a few minutes' walk away is the great KT Bistro restaurant (pizza, burgers, desserts,...), which, in addition to the children's menu, offers a large soft play area. In a similar distance there are several playgrounds for children, but also a café or an indoor pool with counter-current and whirlpool. Approximately ten minutes away by car lies the huge indoor play area Toboga Bongo, which offers fun for the whole family. There are also several large outdoor playgrounds within a similar distance, such as at the Olympia Shopping Centre or in the village of Bratčice. On hot days you can visit the biotope with a water playground. The house is a short distance from a cycle path that takes you all the way to Vienna. There are many different refreshments nearby on it, but also the South Corner with animals, the Komec climbing wall, the Hopsálkov outdoor entertainment centre for children and adults, a working children's railway at the outdoor playground near the Olympia shopping centre and many more. The house also offers plenty of space for storing bikes inside the building.
