It's not a converted rental - it was designed from the ground up with quality finishes throughout. You'll spot some Harry Potter touches in the decor too, which guests visiting the studios always appreciate. The kitchen has quartz worktops, integrated Bosch oven and hob, a full-size dishwasher, and a washer-dryer behind high gloss soft-close units with an undermounted sink and chrome tap. We keep it fully stocked so you can cook from your first night - pots, pans, plates, cutlery, cooking oil, spices, a Gusto coffee machine with complimentary pods, teas, and a Brita water filter. Several guests have said this is what makes it feel like a proper home rather than a holiday let. The living area flows from the kitchen with a 50-inch Smart TV loaded with Netflix, a comfortable sofa with a pull-out sofa bed, dining table for four, and adjustable lighting for quiet evenings in. Board games and books are there if you want a screen-free night. Step through the glass doors onto the private balcony - it catches good light and is consistently the thing our guests say they loved most. Bedroom one has a zip-link bed that joins as a super-king or splits into twins, a 23-inch TV, and its own blackout blinds. Bedroom two has a zip-link bed that joins as a king or splits into twins with blackout blinds. Both rooms have freshly ironed hotel-standard linen. Let us know your preferred bed setup before arrival and we'll have it ready. The main bathroom has a rain shower with handheld attachment and a heated chrome towel rail. There is also a guest WC. A hairdryer and iron are provided in the apartment. High-speed WiFi runs throughout, and the living room is pre-wired with CAT5 data cables for a hardwired connection if needed. Double glazed windows keep things quiet and well insulated. The apartment works equally well for a weekend in London, a family trip to Harry Potter Studios, or a month-long work placement. We've hosted contractors, council staff, relocating professionals, NHS workers, and families from all over the world. A travel cot is available on request for families with little ones. Guest access You have full private access to the entire apartment, the 1.5 bathrooms, kitchen, balcony, and one allocated parking space. There is also a pay-to-use gym in the building if you want to keep up your routine during your stay. Self check-in is via a secure key safe with an access code sent before your stay. We also send a short video walkthrough so you know exactly what to expect. Arrive anytime after 3pm and let yourself in - no need to coordinate with anyone. Free parking for one vehicle is included on a first-come basis. If you need additional parking, Bushey Station car park is right next door. Getting around from here is easy. Bushey Station is a 2-minute walk from the front door with London Overground and West Midlands trains running every 15 minutes. By train: Watford Junction in 2 minutes, Harrow and Wealdstone in 4, London Euston in 19, London Victoria in 33, London Bridge in 46, and Wembley in around 25. On match days or concert nights, the train home is straightforward and you avoid the drive entirely. By car: Harry Potter Studio Tour is about 9 minutes and well signposted from Bushey. Watford town centre and the Harlequin Shopping Centre is 5 minutes. Cassiobury Park is 9 minutes. TopGolf and Woodside Leisure Park with cinema, bowling, and restaurants are nearby. The Grove Hotel and Spa is about 10 minutes. Aldenham Country Park is 9 minutes if you want green space. Watford FC is close by for match days. The M1 and M25 are easily accessible. Luton Airport is 24 minutes by car, Heathrow 31 minutes. Right on the doorstep you have a convenience store, a pharmacy, cafes, and takeaways within a minute's walk. The apartment sits above the local shops on Bushey's high street so you won't need to drive for day-to-day basics. Other things to note Check-in is from 3pm via a secure key safe. Full instructions and a video walkthrough are sent before arrival. Checkout is by 11am. Parking: Complimentary parking is available for one vehicle, on a first-come, first basis. If additional parking is needed, nearby paid options are available at Bushey Car Park. Please remember, cars are left at the guest's own risk and the complimentary parking is just 6 minutes away. The default bed configuration is singles. If you'd like beds joined as super-king or king, let us know in advance and we'll arrange it before you arrive. Early check-in and late checkout can sometimes be arranged depending on our calendar. Just ask and we'll do what we can. A few things we provide that you might not expect: complimentary coffee pods and tea, cooking basics like oil and spices, a hairdryer, and an iron.
