The Carlotta Rossa apartment in Colico with its own access, terrace and private parking space is part of the Villa Carlotta complex with a total of three apartments. The space The apartment is located on the ground floor of Villa Carlotta. You enter the apartment via a private garden and the private entrance door and immediately enter the spacious eat-in kitchen. From here you have direct access to the terrace with outdoor dining area. In the separate sleeping area there are 3 bedrooms: a double room, a single room and a room with 2 single beds. The bathroom is fully equipped with a washing machine and shower. Guest access Our guests have free access to the parking lot and outdoor pool with sunbeds and chairs and barbecue area. Other things to note The tourist tax of 1 euro per person per day is collected directly on site. Young people up to the age of 16 are exempt from this tax.
