Located in a private gated community, our spacious, 2-bedroom, 2-bath Villa ensures the utmost comfort for your stay. Every room has a terrace, allowing for Caribbean breezes from every angle. Designed in the Caribbean Style of the Georgian Colonial period, this thoughtfully designed and beautifully furnished Villa is your home away from home. There are two master size suites with king size beds, en-suite bathrooms, and private terraces, a perfect spot to enjoy your morning coffee. Ideal for cooking at home, there is an open plan living area with a terrace and a fully equipped chef's kitchen with stainless steel appliances. Enjoy your meals in the separate dining area or the adjacent verandah, a great place to dine al fresco or relax on a lounge chair. The living room has a comfortable couch but it does not pull out so it is not great for sleeping (there is a twin size air mattress available to accommodate an extra guest). The home includes central air conditioning, hardwood floors, laundry room, cable TV in the living room, and WiFi. The Villa is located on the coveted third row at Nonsuch Bay, offering views of the ocean, Green Island, pool, and spectacular sunsets. As our guest, you will have access to many amenities including direct beach access, three infinity pools nestled in tropical gardens, the Club House with on-site restaurant, spa services, and sailing. Our villa is steps to a pool and a few minutes walk to the beach as well Rokuni Restaurant, Asian fusion with an extended menu. Our on-site co-host Natasha is available to provide concierge services throughout your stay including booking taxis, restaurant reservations, excursions, and more. The boat to Green Island, a popular excursion, will pick you up right on Nonsuch Beach. Green island is wonderful for snorkeling and the top rated restaurant The Reef is located there. Quiet Haven: One of the main draws of Nonsuch Bay is its peaceful ambiance. Unlike some tourist spots on Antigua, Nonsuch Bay remains relatively untouched by commercial development, providing visitors with a sense of tranquility and seclusion. This makes it an ideal destination for couples seeking a romantic getaway, families looking for a relaxed vacation, or anyone simply wishing to unwind and recharge. If you are looking to get away from it all, this is your destination for true relaxation. Accessibility: While Nonsuch Bay is a peaceful haven, it is important to note that it is not located within close proximity to the major tourist hubs on Antigua. Traveling to and from Nonsuch Bay from the airport, restaurants, English Harbor, etc, typically requires an approximately 30 minute journey by car. The distance from the more crowded areas contributes to the bay's secluded and tranquil atmosphere. We recommend renting a car (easy to arrange when you arrive at the airport) to explore all that Antigua has to offer. If you prefer taxis, they are readily available and competitively priced. Whether you choose to rent a car or taxi, it's best to stop by the supermarket (Island Provisions) on the way to Nonsuch Bay from the airport to get food/drink supplies. The taxis are accustomed to the supermarket stop for guests. There is no grocery store on site at the resort. We have a list of recommendations for guests. Half Moon Bay Beach with a fab on the sand restaurant is a very short 10 minute drive and is a much see! Set in 40 acres of lush, landscaped gardens and tropical vegetation, Nonsuch Bay and its surrounding areas are rich in natural beauty and wildlife. The hills with ocean views and forests provide ample opportunities for hiking and nature walks, allowing guest to explore the island's flora and fauna. Nonsuch Bay is a private resort offering an authentic and elegant Antiguan experience. Guests enjoy high-level service from onsite management overseeing all aspects of the resort. The palm-fringed sandy beach is the center of the natural amphitheater on which the main area of the resort is located. The bay consists of two square miles protected from the open sea by a barrier reef. The consistent warm trade winds offer outstanding sailing. Guest access To enter the Villa you go up one flight of stairs and then there are a few more steps to the door. Other things to note Especially if renting a car, we recommend putting on your international phone service when visiting Antigua so you can use Maps for directions. To arrive at our villa, please put “Nonsuch Bay Resort” in your map. If that doesn’t work for any reason, another option is “Rokuni” which is the on-site restaurant at Nonsuch Bay Resort. Some car rental companies offer GPS for an extra charge but many people use their phones.
