The perfect place to stay with a large family or for 2 families - 8 people. 65 km from Warsaw. A quiet and peaceful area, fenced property with access to the Narew River. Living room with fireplace, TV, Internet, kitchen with dining area, 4 bedrooms with double beds (2 cots for children are available), 2 bathrooms with showers. Large terrace. On the premises, there is a gazebo with a grill, a SAUNA, a wood-fired hot tub, a fire pit, and a swimming and fishing platform with a rowboat, 3 kayaks, 4 large bicycles, and 3 children's bicycles. Playground. The space Our house has two floors. After entering, on the ground floor, there is a bedroom with a 140x200 bed, a wardrobe, and a desk for work. Next to it is a large bathroom with a shower and bidet, a toilet, and a washing machine. The main part of the ground floor is a very large living room with a stylish fireplace, as well as sofas, armchairs, and a TV. The living room is connected to a spacious dining room with a view of the garden and the river. On the same level, there is a fully equipped kitchen with an espresso machine. From the living room, there is an exit to a very large terrace (over 50 sq. m) with a view of the garden and the river. The railings and stairs are secured with barriers and mesh to protect children. Upstairs, we have 3 large bedrooms - each with a wardrobe and a dresser. Next to them is a large bathroom with a toilet, bidet and shower. The house has blinds and mosquito nets installed on the windows, as well as air conditioners, and the bathrooms have underfloor heating. We operate legally and fully officially – we pay taxes and meet all safety requirements. This guarantees a peaceful and safe vacation. Guest access Our guests use the entire house and grounds . A gazebo with a wood-fired grill is available. Next to the wood-fired hot tub, there is a large sauna, as well as a playground and a sandbox for children. Additionally, there is a swimming and fishing dock (PZW [Polish Angling Association] permits required) with a rowboat and 3 kayaks. There's a fire pit on the riverfront. Additionally, there are 4 adult bicycles and 3 children's bicycles. Large terrace secured for children with nets and a gate on the stairs. Large playground for kids. Other things to note We do not allow the organization of special events and we do not accept stays with pets. Only persons registered by the client may use the house and all equipment and facilities on the property and the pier.
