Large living room with fireplace, TV, Internet, kitchen with dining room, 4 bedrooms with double beds (possibility of adding cots for children), 2 bathrooms with showers. Large terrace. On the premises of the gazebo with barbecue, sauna, hot wood-fired bath, fireplace and a bathing and fishing pier with a rowing boat, 3 large bicycles and 3 children's bicycles. Large playground. The space Our house has two floors. After entering the ground floor, there is a bedroom with a 140x200 bed, a wardrobe and a desk for work. Next to it, there is a large bathroom with a shower and bidet, toilet and washing machine. The main part of the ground floor is a very large living room with a stylish fireplace as well as sofas and armchairs and a TV. The living room is connected to a spacious dining room overlooking the garden and the river. On the same level, there is a fully equipped kitchen with a pressure coffee machine. From the living room, exit to a very large terrace (over 50 sq m) overlooking the garden and the river. Balustrades and stairs are secured with barriers and mesh to protect children. Upstairs we have 3 large bedrooms - each with a wardrobe and dressers for clothes. Next to it, there is a large bathroom with a toilet, bidet and shower. The house has blinds and mosquito nets on the windows and air conditioners, and the bathrooms have underfloor heating. Guest access Our guests use the entire house and grounds . There is a gazebo with a wood-burning stone grill. Next to the hot tub, there is a wood-fired sauna and a sandpit for children. In addition, a bathing and fishing pier (PZW permits needed) with a rowing boat. There's a fire pit on the riverfront. In addition, 3 adult bikes and 3 children's bikes.
