From swimming in the Ladies Bathtub, hitting the slopes of Loon Mountain, or hiking in the White Mountains, adventure and relaxation await! Our unit is a 2 bed/2 bath condo on the banks of the Pemi River - walking distance or a quick drive to Loon Mountain - offering four seasons of fun and relaxation! The condo association features two seasonal pools and easy access to the famous “Ladies Bathtub” for swimming and tubing on the river. Tennis courts are also available on property for guest use. Numerous bars and restaurants are a short drive away, as well as several local attractions such as Clark’s Bears, Granite State Scenic Railway, Alpine Adventures, and Whale’s Tale Water Park. Only a short drive to Story Land, Santa’s Village, and miles of hiking trails in the White Mountains! This first floor unit offers riverfront views from both bedrooms as well as the main living space. The private deck offers a place to relax while soaking up the sights and sounds of the river and mountain. The master bedroom features a king bed and private master bath. The second bedroom has a queen bed with twin pull out trundle. The guest bath is easily accessible directly next to the second bedroom. The kitchen is fully stocked with pots, pans, and ample tablewares. Smart TVs with cable are located in the living room and both bedrooms. Linens and towels are provided. Washer and dryer in unit available for use. You will have access to the entire first floor unit and back deck. There are approximately 5 steps to access the unit. Free on site parking for two vehicles directly in front of the building.
