Guest access You will have exclusive access to the property, ensuring privacy and enjoyment during your stay. - Guests will have full access to the entire home with all the appliances and amenities. - Feel free to contact us for any service at any time; from 10am-6pm and 24/7 in an emergency. Other things to note Additional rules Make your stay a stress-free experience by following our house rules: - Check-in time starts at 4PM and check-out time is before 10AM to allow us to prepare for the next guests. Noise levels must be kept down after 10PM until 6AM to maintain a peaceful environment. Penalties may apply in the case of any damage or mess caused during your stay. - To ensure a healthy and pleasant stay for everyone, we maintain a strict no-smoking policy. This policy encompasses traditional smoking, vaping, and the use of electronic cigarettes. -Use of a heated pool is available on request. There is a charge of $50 per day that will be added to your stay after booking and confirmation of use. - Lost guest passes will incur a charge of $45 per lost guest pass. - grill is available to use in the back yard but you need to supply your own propane. There are tanks available to be exchanged. Event Policy: Permitted Events: Kids’ birthday parties and family reunions are allowed. Approval Required: All events must be approved before booking confirmation. Capacity Limit: Maximum event capacity is 30 people. Unauthorized Events: Unauthorized parties will incur a fine of $1,000. Guest List Requirement: A guest list for each confirmed booking, including event guests, is required. This is necessary to inform security guards for access to the gated community.
