A fenced garden, garden fireplace and private parking. The perfect area for hiking, fishing, paddle boarding, canoeing, cycling, etc. At 50 m distance from the chalet you can eat delicious food at rest. de Overkant. You are 10 minutes from the center of Hoorn and the city beach! In Amsterdam in 25 min. Wi-Fi, air conditioning, washing machine & dryer! The space The chalet has 2 bedrooms, one with 2 single beds (70x200) and one with 1 double bed (140x200), both rooms have a wardrobe. The kitchen has a dishwasher, dishes, pans, hand and dish towels and everything you need in a kitchen. A refrigerator with freezer and a combination microwave, Senseo machine and kettle. There is also a washing machine + dryer + drying rack available! The (small) bathroom has a toilet, a toilet cabinet and shower cabin. The chalet can be cooled and heated by means of the split-level air conditioning. There is also a large TV and WiFi, a lounge sofa, an armchair and a dining area with four dining chairs. On the half-covered and illuminated veranda is a garden set with four chairs, 2 stools, a floating umbrella, 2 sun loungers and 2 heaters hanging under the canopy, for the cooler evenings. There is also a fireplace, so you can make a fire outside. Also there is a small BBQ available. BBQ packages can be ordered at the reception if necessary. The chalet has unobstructed views (on a lawn) and around an enclosed garden. You have access to a private parking space behind the chalet. At 50 m distance, you can eat delicious food or have a drink at restaurant "de Overkant" if you don't feel like cooking. The chalet is equipped with a first aid kit, a fire extinguisher, fire blanket, carbon monoxide meter and a smoke detector. The chalet is located in a nature reserve, surrounded by parks and water and is very centrally located. A few minutes away from the historic center of Hoorn, the city beach and half an hour away from Amsterdam, Zaandam, Alkmaar, Enkhuizen, Volendam etc. At the reception there is a small camping shop, where you can buy small groceries, but also for renting bicycles, canoes, SUP boards, BBQ packages and fresh rolls for the morning, etc. Please use the chalet with respect as you would your own home! Rent a minimum of 3 nights, a maximum of 3 weeks. Arrival between 3 p.m. and 5 p.m.! Please report to reception. Departure max 11:00 a.m. Quiet times between 11 p.m. and 8 a.m. PLEASE NOTE! Animals and smoking are NOT allowed in the chalet!! Bath towels and kitchen towels are provided as a service from the host. Just like a single coffee pads, tea and a toilet roll etc. to get through the arrival day. Guest access The chalet has an elevated veranda, you have to go up 1 step. The entrance to the shower cabin also has a small step. The bathroom is small! The chalet has an enclosed garden, a large and small shed for bicycles, for example. The large shed remains closed for the owner and cleaning lady for storage. You have your own parking space directly at the chalet. Other things to note You can check in at the reception desk between 3:00 p.m. and 5:00 p.m. There you will receive the key, a pass for the barrier, a map and information about the park. Please follow the house rules of the campsite! There is a small shop at the reception, where you can also rent various things for activities such as bicycles, canoes, suppboards, etc. You can order sandwiches for the morning or a BBQ package for the afternoon/evening. Between 11 p.m. and 8 a.m. there is a quiet time at the campsite, the barrier will no longer open for car traffic. You can then park the car at the reception or at the restaurant across the street in the relevant parking spaces.
