Guests enjoy full and exclusive access to the entire house and its private outdoor spaces, with convenient keyless entry for added security and peace of mind. Complimentary Wi-Fi and parking are also available to all guests, as well as access to a laundry room equipped with a washing machine and dryer for added convenience during your stay. PLEASE NOTE: there is a daily limit of MAX 5 vehicles entering resort. Any extra vehicles will need to find outside resort parking. Thank you for your understanding. Other things to note Registered guests must be at least 21 years of age. * No smoking inside the property * No pets are allowed * No parties / events * No extra guests unless discussed with us first. We provide a welcome kit to get you started: * 3 trash bags * 1 kitchen paper towel * 2 dishwashing powder * 2 laundry wash pods Each bathroom will have: * wall mount dispensers for shampoo, conditioner, and body wash * hand wash * 2 toilet paper Please stop by the nearest supermarket to gather any additional items you may need for the duration of your stay. Target supermarket is located approximately 1 mile away. GRILL: Is available for $75 per stay. That includes unlimited used, propane and cleaning POOL AND SPA HEATER: For your comfort, pool and spa heating are available at $35 per day (minimum 3 consecutive days). By default, the pool is set to 85°F and the spa to 102°F. Heating is generally recommended from November through March, when the weather is cooler. During the warmer months, most guests find the pool comfortable without heating, unless you have little ones or would like to enjoy the spa. Just a note: Orlando occasionally has a few cooler nights in the 40s–50s during the winter months. When that happens, the pool heater may not be able to keep the water quite as warm, and the pool may be closer to the mid-70s. The spa, however, will continue to work just fine. POOL MAINTENANCE: Our pool maintenance company visits every week (usually on Fridays) to ensure the pool remains clean and well-maintained. You do not need to be present during their visit, as they will access the pool area through the backyard. For safety reasons, they may ask you to briefly exit the pool while performing their tasks. We apologize for any inconvenience caused. AC: AC controller is on second floor, you can adjust it to your desired comfort level. BABY ESSENTIALS: To cater to our littlest guests, we provide a highchair, pack and play, and crib. HOUSEKEEPING: The rental rate does not include daily housekeeping services. However, if you desire mid-stay cleaning services during your stay, you may request them for an additional fee. PACKAGE DELIVERY: If the online seller uses USPS, please note that the Post Office does not recognize vacation homes as regular addresses, and packages will be returned to the sender. UPS, DHL, and FedEx deliveries will be left at the doorstep.
