This stylish condo has stunning views of Deer Valley and Park City ski resorts minutes away, overlooking the Jordanelle Reservoir and Upper Provo River, in a new luxury home community called Benloch Ranch. Sit in the private 7 person hot tub or outdoor Finish sauna, taking in the magnificent views, even do yoga outside on the deck, or relax after a day of skiing, hiking, biking, fly fishing, paddleboarding on neighborhood ponds or nearby lake, or other Park City area activities. The space This newly built modern condo is 12 minutes from the parking for Deer Valley ski resort at Deer Valley East Village — you can see one of the lifts from the condo — and 23 minutes away from Park City where you can also see the ski runs or take in shops/restaurants/bars on Main Street. * 2 spacious master suites both with mountain views and large smart TVs equipped with Sonos speakers. * One suite has a king bed, walk-in shower, lovely e-fireplace, and a desk. * The second suite has 2 queen beds and a group bathroom with separated rooms for double sink vanity, tub/shower, and toilet. * A well-equipped kitchen with an island that has 2 bar stools. * A dining nook with fabulous views seats 6. * A 65 inch smart TV in the living room with a couch and 2 leather swivel chairs and a large e-fireplace welcomes you into the space. * Private 7 person premium hot tub with killer views, along with a cold-plunge (non-cooled), are in the back accessible by stone steps that are lit. * Private outdoor 3-4 person custom-built Finish sauna (all cedar with Iki open rock heater) with amazing views next to hot tub. Use at your own risk. Must be 18 or older to use. * A full laundry room with granite counter. * Inside storage for skis, boots, and poles, as well as fishing gear. A 4 port boot dryer is also available. * High-speed internet (fiber optic) with an access point and multiple ethernet ports, including in both bedrooms and the dining room. 700+ mbps download and upload speeds. * A spacious private deck off the dining area in front with seating and a fire pit to take in the fabulous views. * A covered parking area is 10 feet from the private condo entrance and for those needing an EV charger, there is one in the carport to the right of condo. There’s space enough for 3 vehicles in driveway. * Tall ceilings and expansive glass in front to take in the amazing mountain and lake views. * Luxurious mattresses and bedding; plush bathrobes and towels. * Hiking/snowshoeing/walking trails up the street, 7 minutes walking distance, and plentiful hiking and mtn biking trails within 1-2 miles. 4 sets of adult snowshoes and 2 set for kids are available for guests to use upon request. * 2 large, crystal clear ponds are a 6 minute walk. * Lake access 1.5 miles away, where there is a boat launch as well as fishing access. * 2 adult paddle boards, 1 youth paddle board, and 3 children’s kayaks available upon request, along with paddles and life vests. * Seating area in back on top of the boulder walls equipped with a Solo Stove and wood, rewards those willing to climb 60 lit steps that opens up to a commanding view of the mountains, ski resorts, lake, and valley. Stove availability based on fire restrictions. * Above this is a viewing platform with 3 hammocks, great for relaxing in the breeze and taking in the amazing views. Use at your own risk. * 2 Blue Ribbon Fisheries are several minutes away, including the Middle and Upper Provo River and the Jordanelle Reservoir, and great access to trout fisheries in the High Uintas and Strawberry Reservoir. * Yoga mats available for outdoor sessions on deck next to hot tub looking out at mountains and lake. * Great location for watching birds and other wildlife with a family of red-tailed hawks in back, as well as moose, elk, deer and the occasional bald eagle checking out the neighborhood ponds. * Uber/Lyft will pick up and drop off at this location. Guest access Guests have access to the full condo. Guests also have access to the private hot tub, outdoor sauna, and cold plunge, exclusively for use by guests, in the back of the house adjoined to condo, accessed by stone stairs to the right. Guests can avail themselves of the seating area in back at the top of the boulder walls where there is a Solo Stove along with supplied wood. We also supply a s’mores kit for guests to use with Solo Stove. Other things to note This condo with a separate private entrance is the first level of a 2 level modern home. The hosts (a senior couple) live in the upper level that is entirely disconnected from the condo, with its own heating and air conditioning, WiFi network, and private deck in front with fire pit and seating. The private hot tub and sauna are exclusively for use by Airbnb guests. NOTE: Benloch Ranch luxury community is still under active construction on weekdays, including in the cul-de-sac where the condo is, but slows significantly during the middle of winter. However, the condo is well-insulated from noise. The construction doesn’t affect the fabulous mountain views.
