Any damages caused by the Guest's pet(s) to the property during the stay are the Guest's responsibility. Any repairs will be charged or deducted from the Guest's registered credit card. We offer our guests a professional laundry service delivered before your arrival.Bed linen, bath towels, hand towels, bathroom mat, and a kitchen mat are provided for all guests. The number of towels is according to the number of guests indicated in the reservation, with no extras. Please let us know if you need more towels before arrival. EXTRA CLEANING FOR LONG STAYS: Please note that bookings exceeding 21 days are subject to additional cleaning services. Cleaning fees vary depending on the size of the property. We offer regular cleaning that includes towel and bed linen washing and is the same price as the cleaning fee you are paying for your home. We also offer Interior Cleaning, Laundry Service. Feel free to request a quote. We can add the additional cleaning after processing the booking. HOUSE ENTRY CODE: • You will receive arrival instructions 2 days before your stay. • You will be provided with an electronic door code along with your arrival instructions. There is no key to pick up. The door operates with a keypad code. CLEANING SERVICE: • There is no daily cleaning service provided in the rental fee. Mid-stay cleaning services can be requested for an additional fee. PACKAGES (ONLINE PURCHASES): • If the online seller uses USPS, it will not get delivered as the Post Office does not recognize vacation homes as regular addresses and the package will be returned to the sender. • Only UPS, DHL, and FedEx deliver them. • Keep in mind we are not responsible for unexpected issues with your online purchases. Enjoy your stay! ♡ Guest access The entire House is accessible to guests, except for one locked owner's closet According to the condominium regulations, only 3 cars are allowed to enter. Vehicles must be parked in their own garage or in a public parking space in the community. No RVs, no recreational vehicles, no commercial trucks like the U-Haul. Street parking is not allowed. *Vehicles parked on the street may be towed by the HOA at your own expense* Other things to note STARTER SUPPLIES: The following starter supplies are provided in the unit upon your arrival: - 5 trash bags - 1 paper towel - 2 dishwashing capsule - 1 Small dish detergent - 1 Dishwashing Sponge - 2 detergent laundry pods - 1 Towel per Guest (Ask if you need more) - Bed Linen and Comforter. Each bathroom will have: - 1 small-size shampoo, 1 small-size conditioner, 1 small-size body wash, - 1 Toilet Paper per Bathroom - 1 Hand Towel per Bathroom - 1 Bath Towel per Guest - We DON'T provide washcloths or pool towels • Minimum age to book it: 18y. • Pack&Play need to be asked before arrival, let us know as soon as you book it. There's a Ring doorbell camera located at the entrance. NO cameras inside the home. • Please be respectful of our place, we took great pride in designing and furnishing to be able to share it with others. The cleaning company takes before and after photos and inventory. Please note: if anything is broken or missing, the guest will be charged accordingly. * •Please remember there is no smoking, of any kind, inside or outside our home. There will be a $350 penalty fee to deep clean if the house smells like smoke. • Party is not allowed. Please respect quiet hours, 10 pm to 8 am. • Check-In instructions will be sent 2 days before your arrival. • CHECK-IN: 4 PM • CHECK OUT: 10 AM And we have the following options: (Make sure to confirm availability) 2:00 p.m. early check-in for $65. 12:00 p.m. check-out for $65. RENTAL OPTIONS: • BBQ Rental ($75 all stay, propane included) Optional • Pool heater: VERY IMPORTANT 1-Cost: $35 per day. 2-Minimum: 3 consecutive days. 3-Temperature will not exceed 95F. 4-Must be requested 48h in advance. 5-Heater works through HEAT EXCHANGE and WILL NOT WORK in cold weather. If you still would like to heat the pool during cold conditions and it does not reach the desired temperature, we will not be able to offer a refund. Our pool heater pumps have a safety system that prevents overheating of the element when the pump is working overtime in cold weather conditions. This way causes a temporary shut off of services automatically until the pump can regain its functionality efficiently. (This is optional and may not be available at times.)
