Safe/Secure efficiency apartment with pond view

Our unique place has a style all its own. Located on five acres there is always something in bloom on our property. This efficiency apartment, located on the ground floor of our home, has its own entrance, a Queen bed, full kitchen, bathroom with a standing shower, living room with tv, community gym, and washer and dryer access, Our pond has bass, so bring your fishing pole, or read a book while sitting by a babbling creek. Enjoy a small fire at the whimsical chiminea located in the patio area. The space We are located on five acres in an established safe neighborhood in Crestview’s northwest boarder. Easy access to I-10, 35-40 minutes to the beaches, shorter commute to Duke Field and Eglin Air Force Base, and nearby downtown. There is a a pond for fishing or taking out the canoe. Enjoy a swinging chair for two as you look out over our backyard. or start a quaint fire in the chiminea. Both of best worlds, great quiet lodging to get some rest or a short drive to all the Emerald Coast has to offer. A roll-way bed or the fold-out chair in the living room allows for third guest to sleep comfortably. There is an additional $15 fee for a third guest. The property is house-broken dog friendly, sorry no cats. ##This is a drug free/smoke free property. This includes the burning of incense## If you smoke in the apartment there will be a $100 cleaning fee. ##Seriously, medical or not this is a drug smoke free property. The smell spreads to the rest of the house.## Guest access The apartment can be accessed through the rear of the house through the second set of sliding glass doors. Access to the pond can be gained by walking on either side of the property or walking through the backyard and using the back gate. Access to the creek could be gained by walking to the right side of the house. If it has rained the area maybe a little wet. There is a small walking bridge over a tiny creek. The weight room is through the door of the bedroom and is a common area. Please no one under 16 use the weight. 16 -18 please have an adult present. Use weights at your own risk. The washer and dryer can be accessed through the double door in the weight room. It is a common area, however we will not be using it while the apartment is rented. We have access to a separate washer and dryer. Other things to note The laundry room is in a common area but we will not be using it while the apartment is rented. We have access to a separate washer and dryer. Fire extinguisher is under the kitchen sink. First aid is in the bathroom medicine cabinet. This property is dog friendly, sorry no cats. This property is also a family residence, so there are quiet hours are from 9PM to 7AM. Please do not have visitors during these hours. ##This is a smoke/drug free (drug smoke, medicinal or not, and incense free property). The only issue we have had with renters is over respecting this rule. Smoking in the room will acquire an $100 cleaning fee.##
