Martin Bales - farm and hill views close to town

Located in a former dairy bales and horse stable guests get to stay in a farmyard setting. Martin Bales is located on the ridge of a hill that overlooks the farm and Nimbin area but also a series of small paddocks which will often host cows and calves or the occasional horse. A friendly mini pony and donkey are highly likely to come to a fence within a few metres of the bales (carrots provided). Includes an outdoor kitchen, bath and footbaths from which to enjoy the view. The space Martin Bales is an old dairy bales. Inside it features a bedroom, bathroom, living room and galley kitchen. Outside covered and uncovered verandahs featuring outdoor kitchen, dining area bath and foot baths. It is on the edge of horse yards although at present you will only see a mini pony and donkey and maybe some cows and calves. The bales is around 65sqm inside and is fenced around. Occasionally you will see the host in the horse yards but only as necessary and will be respecting your privacy. Separately fenced but with an adjoining gate is a pool that you are welcome to use. On a hot day you might see me use it also but through another entrance. The sleeping cofiguration is one bedroom plus a queen fold out sofa bed in the lounge. The kitchen features a electric hotplates and a Whirlpool combined microwave, convection, airfry an grill options all in one. Of course this is if you cook inside, the BBQ is just outside on the verandah. Guest access Martin Bales is fenced front and back and guests have exclusive use therein. It is close to some paddocks and a feed room where you will see me visit from time to time as it is a working farm. I will of course be sensitive to guests and afford maximum privacy. Other things to note There is another guest house on the property however other than when you arrive or leave Martin Bales it is oriented entirely in the opposite direction.
