Private 2nd Floor Apt Union St

Find your home away from home in our 2nd floor apartment. Our 1908 Colonial style home is located on Union St in Schenectady. I live on the first floor apartment so I am on site to help with anything. The bedroom has queen sized memory foam bed. There is a full sized daybed in the living room. One parking spot for guests. No pets. Due to allergies, we have an authorized exemption to service animals being allowed on the property. Search "accessibility policy" for more info. The space The entire second floor apartment is for guests to use during their stay. Full kitchen with all the basics: refrigerator, stove, sink, microwave, dining necessities, pots and pans, etc, including complimentary coffee. TV is set up with Netflix, and you will also have FIOS wifi & 2 AC units/space heaters. There is a 47 inch wide desk and office chair in the bedroom. Blink security cameras cover the exterior entrances and parking area. Guest access There is a private entrance for the apartment at the rear of the house. Parking space for 1 vehicle is steps from the door. Other things to note The person booking must be staying at the property. Airbnb can take action against accounts that do not comply. Search "Third party bookings" for more information. No smoking or open flames. Sleeping areas include 1 queen size bed in bedroom & 1 full size daybed in living room. Private entrance, FIOS wifi, TV with Netflix, 2 air conditioners in the summer time/ space heaters in winter (in addition to the homes radiator system), full kitchen, full bathroom with tub, and off street parking steps away from entrance.
