The Palm Cabana is a studio efficiency in our tranquil and ample backyard, great for 1-3 guests visiting the Gainesville, Tioga, Jonesville and Newberry areas. We live in Haye's Glen, one of the most beautiful, peaceful and safe neighborhoods in the area. We are 20 Minutes from UF campus/stadium, 15 minutes from Shands, 10 minuted from Santa Fe Community College and 5 minutes from Publix. Enjoy the large bathroom and shower, a comfy queen sized bed and poolside relaxation! The space It is a vibrant, clean and cozy space with a queen bed, large bathroom and spacious shower. Microwave and mini-fridge included and access to the pool and grill/ outdoor cooking area is welcome. There is outdoor seating and it's a wonderful place to relax. The Palm Cabana is located on the back of our house's backyard behind our pool, with free parking in our driveway, a walk up through our backyard to enter through a private entrance. Guest access The whole cabana and it's immediate outdoor area are all yours. Our pool is available to use at your own risk and we prefer that you let us know if you will be using it during your stay. The pool is accessible to our home and to one other rental we have in our property. Please be respectful of our quiet hours between 10pm-7am when entering at night. Our home is quite a distance apart and we are glad to give you all the privacy you need. Please note THERE IS NO KITCHEN, there is a microwave and mini fridge inside and a grill and kitchen sink outside, see pictures for details.
