Upstairs, there are three bedrooms: the cal-king master bedroom with an en-suite (jacuzzi bathtub and shower), and two additional bedrooms, one with a cal-king bed and the other with a full over full bunk bed, which share a hallway bathroom with a shower/tub combo. The remaining two bedrooms, both featuring queen-sized beds and a full bathroom with a shower, are on the main floor. The main floor is equipped with a spacious living room, an open-concept family room, and a well-appointed kitchen with stainless steel appliances and plenty of counter space for meal preparation. Beautiful tile floors run throughout the home. There is a pack 'n play, strollers, highchair, and booster seat for your infants & toddlers. The bedding in our home is from Pottery Barn or of equivalent quality. The home has a full-size washer, dryer, central air, and heat. The couch has a queen pull-out mattress. The garage also has a full-size ping-pong table and a full-size pool table. Pricing includes a mandatory pool/jacuzzi fee. The pool is heated to 82, and Jacuzzi to 102 This house SLEEPS 10 in Beds and the MAXIMUM OCCUPANCY is 10 AT ANY TIME (this number is the combined total of overnight guests plus day visitors). Maximum Vehicles 3 in our driveway only - NO Street Parking. No RVs, Trailers, or Commercial Vehicles. 3 Night minimum rental No Outside Music of Any Kind No Outside noise between 10 pm and 9 am per city code. You must be inside during this time. If the home has a game room, these quiet hours also apply. A refundable $500 security deposit is due at the time of booking– We Collect this direct all major credit cards accepted. A signed contract, guest list, and ID are required at booking.
